Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Get Back Necklaces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure your jewelry is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your necklaces securely in their original pouch or box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
